The popular computer hardware company Cooler Master has announced that it is to unleash new gaming-oriented peripherals. The MasterKeys Pro L NVIDIA Edition keyboard and the Devastator 3 mouse and keyboard combo will be released by the end of the month.
Cooler Master published a press release, announcing its partnership with NVIDIA. The result of the joint venture will be the release of the MasterKeys Pro L NVIDIA Edition keyboard, suitable for gaming and non-gaming purposes.
The new keyboard will feature Cherry MX switches, LED lighting modes, profile support, on-the-fly macros. What makes it different from the other Cooler Master products is the custom keycaps and the bright green LEDs. Cooler Master representatives elaborate that the MasterKeys Pro L NVIDIA Edition is equipped with three custom NVIDIA keycaps. The radiant green LEDs are aided by a white steel back plate.
The keyboard is suitable for both gaming and standard typing tasks. It comes with two profiles, a gaming mode and a default mode, respectively. The Cherry MX Red key switches are silent and the lighting modes can be altered on-the-fly. There is no need to install software. Users will also have many customization options at their disposal.
Although Cooler Master is yet to share in-depth technical characteristics, the keyboard is expected to work with systems powered by AMD graphics card.
The keyboard will be available at major retailers no later than the end of June. However, for the time being, Cooler Master plans to sell the MasterKeys Pro L NVIDIA Edition keyboard only in Europe at a price of €129.
Apart from the keyboard created in collaboration with NVIDIA, Cooler Master has also introduced the Devastator keyboard and mouse combo. The latter falls into the budget-friendly product category. The Devastator 3 keyboard offers mem-chanical switches, dedicated media keys, a plastic wrist rest and an improved number of color options.
The mouse, that is a part of the Devastator 3 combo, arrives with a max DPI of 2400, Avago optical sensor, and Omron switches. The combo will hit the shelves by the end of the month. Its retail price will be $40.
