Soon after the Independence Day release, Rockstar Games introduced a new expansion for the Grand Theft Auto Online. The new vehicle mode is called Overtime Rumble. Those who play it from now until July 17th are eligible for earning double GTA$ and RP rewards.
According to the announcement released by Rockstar, the Overtime Rumble mode combines “the precision of darts with the carnage of a destruction derby.”
The new Adversary Mode works in the following manner. It can host up to ten players. Their objective is to parachute and land the Ruiner 2000 on platforms of different sizes. Each successful landing brings them between 1 and 5 points. The more accurate the players are, the more points they earn.
Fans with expensive tastes can now purchase a new luxury car. Aside from the Overtime Rumble introduction, GTA Online developer has also added the Grotti Cheetah Classic to the game. It can be acquired via the Legendary Motorsport. To celebrate the Grotti Cheetah Classic debut, the studio has also added a Big Drop Premium Race and Up Chiliad trial event accessible until July 17th.
Rockstar Games has been steadily adding new content to GTA Online. The studio has recently released the Dawn Raid adversary mode. Players’ objective is not to get killed while jumping from a helicopter and scavenging for supplies and weapons to accomplish a certain goal.
Although the Grand Theft Auto was released in 2013, it maintains players’ interest. GTA Online already has a vibrant online community that keeps growing every day.
