Microsoft has revealed a new line of custom Xbox controllers and a new wireless controller adapter compatible with PCs and laptops. As far as controllers are concerned, they will be available in three distinctive colors. The three controllers boast about an enhanced D-pad and availability of a 3.5mm stereo headset jack. They will also be compatible with all Xbox systems as well as the upcoming Xbox One X slated to arrive on November 7th.

Xbox Wireless Controller – Green and Grey

The Xbox Wireless Controller Green/ Grey is the most basic out of the three model. It comes with a sleek grey design and green accents at the thumbsticks’ base. Currently, it is available for pre-order, but its release is scheduled for Sept. 5th, 2017.

Volcano Shadow Special Edition

The Volcano Shadow Special Edition controller has a fiery red metallic finish and textured grip. The Bluetooth technology further contributes to the smooth gaming sessions on tablets and Windows 10 PCs. The Volcano Shadow Special Edition will hit the shelves on Sept. 18th, 2017.

Patrol Tech Special Edition

As its name implies, the Patrol Tech Special Edition has a dark-blue military design as well as a diamond rubberized grip for added comfort. Similar to the Volcano Shadow controller, the Patrol Tech also uses Bluetooth technology.  Its release date is set for Sept. 26th, 2017.

Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10

The new adapter enables users to play their favorite games without using an Xbox wireless controller. The adapter connects up to eight controllers at a time and features wireless stereo sound support. It is arguably the most compact adapter Microsoft has released so far. The device is to be released on January 31st, 2018.

All items are now available for pre-order on the official Microsoft site.
