The Danish hardware maker SteelSeries has added three new colors to the Arctis 3 headset range. Now, the headset is available not only in black and white but also in slate grey, boreal blue, and solar red.

SteelSeries has decided to mark the launch of the colorful headsets in a bit unconventional manner. The company announced that it will support a charitable cause. SteelSeries now partners with Ditch the Label and 10% of each sale of the redesigned Arctis 3 headsets will be donated. Ditch the Label is a non-profit anti-bullying organization. Its target is to generate $10,000 and support gamers who face discrimination based on religion, skin color, gender, etc.

Ehtisham Rabbani, SteelSeries CEO, was quoted as saying that Arctis’ headsets designers have taken into account every small detail to provide gamers with a product that is well worth the purchase. He elaborated: “With the new, trending colors of Arctis, we celebrate vibrant personalities and passionate gamers that help drive this culture forward, as well as support a worthy cause benefiting youth and gamers.”

The Arctis are award-winning headsets known for the excellent quality-price ratio. The devices from the Arctis 3 series support 7.1 surround sound. They are compatible with all platforms – PC, consoles, VR, and mobile devices. The headsets also feature a retractable bi-directional microphone, 40mm neodymium drivers, and AirWeave Ear Cushions.

Everyone, willing to support the SteelSeries initiative, can purchase the colorful headsets from the official SteelSeries website for 99.99EUR. There is no telling if they would be available for purchase at third-party retailers.
