According to people with knowledge of the matter, the partnership between Valencia CF and KONAMI comes as no surprise. Over the last couple of months, KONAMI has been actively seeking methods for attracting some of the most prominent football clubs on a global scale for its PES series.
As for Valencia CF, it is one of the most successful Spanish clubs. The team has scooped numerous domestic and international titles and it also triumphed at the UEFA Cup competition in 2004.
PES 2018 will be launched on September 14th. The Steam version has undergone significant improvements as far as content and design is concerned so that players can get an ultimate gaming experience.
Prior to inking a partnership deal with Valencia, KONAMI has also attracted the English football team Fulham. The full list of licensed teams is expected to be revealed at GamesCom that kicks off on August 23rd in Cologne, Germany.
