is to modify the commandline.exe text file in Grand Theft Auto 5\u2019s root directory and insert the -scOfflineOnly flag into the file.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sounds complicated? Don\u2019t sweat it; it\u2019s simple. Just follow these instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>First, locate the <strong>Epic Games folder<\/strong>.
